Notice: Due to school closure resources for PE will be provided on

the "PE at Home" tab.

 

CA state Education standards require students to receive 200 minutes of PE every 10 days.

 

CDC recommends children get 60 minutes of physical activity per day. 

Be active for 30-60 minutes daily to stay healthy and fit!

 

Steps

  1. Create a login (member page) 1 Per student 

2. In "about me" section write what you are doing to stay active (see Mrs. Hokansons example)

 

3. Visit  "PE at Home"  tab to get moving!
