1. Dynamic PE

This is a great resource for lesson planning and creating a personalized curriculum map digitally. This can be utilized by physical educators and provides an easy virtual way to collaborate with colleagues. With virtual teaching â€‹

this year I did not utilize this site as much as social media, however, for in-person learning I think other educators should be aware of this stellar resource.

2.Kids Heart Challenge

The American Heart Association

has a wonderful program to help

students stay activity and learn about

heart health all while raising money

for the organization and earning prizes.

This is the second year I have held this

fundraiser at my site and it is always a great

motivator for students to participate in PE.

3. Nutrition Lessons - Healthy Choices Healthy Me!

This great curriculum provided by the Dairy Council of CA is useful for PE, health, and classroom teachers alike. It has a very easy-to-follow plan and fun implementation to teach students about nutrition. This year I and other teachers in the district collaborated and made virtual video lessons so students could follow along in the packets provided (virtually and paper copies) See an example of one of the lessons below.
